Schedule
Doors + bar open | 5:00pm
Arrive early for a welcome cocktail.
Ceremony | 5:30pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive early.
Cocktail hour | 6:00pm
Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Dinner | 7:00pm
Dinner will be served family style with dishes from some of our favorite restaurants.
Party | 8:30pm
Dance and celebrate with us!
After-party | 12:00am - ?

How to get there
Shuttle
To bring guests to the wedding, shuttles will pick up at the Hyatt House at 4:15, and at Crowne Plaza and the Emily Hotel at 4:30. To return from the venue, there will be a shuttle starting around 9:00 making a loop back to all three hotels as needed.
Uber, Lyft, or taxi
If you’re not able to make the shuttle, we recommend downloading the Uber, Lyft, or Curb app and setting up an account to request rides to and from anywhere in the city.
Drive
If you’d prefer to drive yourself to the wedding, we will have free valet parking available on site. However, if you plan to drink, please choose to take the shuttle or an Uber, Lyft, or taxi instead.
Food & drink
The reception will immediately follow the ceremony, also at Wildman Boiler & Tank. Settle in and celebrate with us!
The bar will be open all night with a selection of classic cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
During cocktail hour, we’ll offer a selection of hors d’oeuvres.
Dinner will be served family style with dishes from some of our favorite local restaurants. (Please contact us directly if you have any severe allergies or dietary restrictions.)
WILDMAN
BOILER & TANK
Built in 1914, the industrial warehouse building where we’ll be hosting our wedding originally housed the Wildman Boiler & Tank Factory.
Today, it’s a modern loft event space featuring high ceilings, skylights, lush furniture, and a vintage bar.
